The hotel provides easy access as it is near the central station. The staff was accommodating. They were very helpful . The customer service was excellent! I also appreciated the free hot drinks machine where I enjoyed hot chocolate.
There were not a lot of options for hot drinks, I would have liked more choices. The noise from the street was significant. Constant police sirens were audible all day and night.
